Mcdonald's - Monroe

Fast but the service wasn't that pleasant for the order wrong an to top it off they was mad because they messed it up an needed to fix it..

It was a horrible experience I placed my order only to be told at the window that they were closed at 10 pm. They hardly ever get my order rite. I say no onions and they put extra every time. They are rude most of the time and I love McDonald's but I won't be back.. I don't recommend anybody else to go there either..

Needs better management Manger should be there at all times..

I usually get my orders to go. The service is usually fast. My order is always correct and delicious.

I come from Bastrop, LA just to go to Monroe, LA this Restaurant didn't fail me. My food was freshly cooked and fresh out the grease thank you hun keep up the good work, much appreciated!!
