Piccadilly Cafeteria - Monroe

Piccadilly has been in this location for many years. They offer a variety of fresh food dally. We go here more than once a week.

Went today to treat my self.Got my usual and the food was good but the same thing happened. I had to ask my waitress if she could hear my food up in the microwave. They have had this same problem for over 2 years. Why can they not fix this people like food that hot. Mine was not even lukewarm. Below is from early this year. So nice to be able to go in and sit down and eat. Went for my favorite Hamburger steak, mac cheese, and carrot souffle. Every thing was fresh and good. My only problem was I had to send both sides to get heated up just a bit. I think there steam table are not turned up enough or did not have enough water in them . Also saw a sign that there having lunch specials. I am going to check that out soon. Staff was nice and helpful

The food is delicious. Employees are great. However I felt very uncomforble standing toe to toe with people in the long line. People arriving early to hold places for other friends and family members who arrive later. Pushing me farther to the back of the line. Very unorganized. Despite sign states ware mask, most doesn't. Only one person making out tickets. Sometimes it's slow when she's overwhelmed with the long lines.

Everything delish. Got variety of foods, side dishes, desserts, etc. Had a very unique experience with the family. Choose what you want and pay later

Cornbread muffins was not tasteful, roast beef was not hot but everything else was okay. Our server was very polite.
