Caliente Pizza And Draft House

Excellent pizza! what a great house. large selection of local microbrows, fantastic selection of unique pizza pies, with fantastic ingredient pairings. I can't wait to come back and try some more of their excellent cake.

I ordered a pizza and was told it would be an hour to an hour 15min. I called after it was 35 min late to check on it and all I got was an it 's out of the building . 2 hours and 20 min later my food arrives cold, and my sogggy hoagie fell out of the bag . I understand that times are hard, but be honest about your wait time, and not have a customers already super late food in the back of a driver 's car for an additional 50 minutes.

The absolute WORST pizza I have had since high school. Told them I needed it delivered at 730pm. They were at my door at 7pm. A whole half hour before anyone else was home. Told them this twice over the phone when placing the order. The burger rolls? Almost ALL bread and tasteless. Fries? No seasoning or salt or anything! Arrived soggy too. Wings? They didn't have either of the sauces I wanted so I agreed to some hot BBQ. The sauce didn't even cover all the wings. The wings were pizza hut quality too. Large stuffed crust Buffalo chicken it was disgusting. Some of the cheese was so burnt onto the bread that some bites had to be spit out because the crust was to hard and sharp. The cheese in the stuffed crust was tasteless. We also got an XL pizza as a back up for anyone else. We all took one slice and threw out the rest. Awful. What a waste of $105. It all fed the garbage can and we ended up making a dinner instead. Claiming to be the best pizza?? HAHAHA voted by who? Farm goats? Absolute worst pizza experience I ever had.

I paid for EXTRA cheese!! Every time I order and pay for it they NEVER DO IT!! There’s pieces with absolutely NO CHEESE at all!!! I PAID FOR IT AND CONTINUE TO GET RIPPED OFF!!

I’m just VERY disappointed and disgusted. Caliente’s has always been extremely expensive for pizza but typically was excellent. Ordered tonight a medium and a small THIN crust pizza. Repeated the order twice and confirmed read back as well. Picked up pizza and brought it all the way back home (20 minutes) and it was DEPLORABLE! NOT thin crust, barely any cheese, No sauce, all the toppings slid into the middle, incorrect toppings, some toppings didn’t even look like they went through the oven, and This was BOTH pizzas. Called in to complain and all they want to do is redo the pizzas. Take them back and the manager didn’t really care, just wanted to replace. Absolutely NOT and received refund. Attitude is a reflection of leadership and the quality of leadership is pathetic as if the cooks, and the quality of pizza. Cool walked out with a freshly made pizza all tilted towards the floor and then just popped it up for the customer to come get…. I’m Sure all their cheese is on one side now as well. Caliente is deplorable and nowhere near the quality you would expect when paying over $50 for pizza. We will NEVER BE BACK!
