Terrible they lock their doors to walk in customers because they say they are short staffed. B.s

Wow. What a disappointment, and not in the sense you'd think. I was leaving an appointment from next door and figured I might as well grab some food. There were a couple of people in line ahead of me and couple of guests waiting for orders. I wasn't in any hurry so I browsed the menu. After about 5 minutes I ordered my chicken tenders basket and cheese curds and sat down to wait. The cashier was quiet, but sweet. Within another 5 minutes, my food was brought out to me. I took it to my car and started to munch since I didn't want to wait the 30 minutes to get home. The food was so hot and fresh I was purely amazed. I have never had such hot fresh food from a DQ. Thanks to the great staff for everything you do. You have put all of the other DQ's to shame. (Hence the disappointment, now I need to drove 30 minutes for the best LOL) To add I ate more once I got home and it was still warm.

Can't go wrong with ice cream though the help was a bit distracted with each other

I ordered two meals one with a blizzard and the other with a milkshake. The meal comes with a sundae. I didn't get the sundae and was charged two dollars more, plus they tried to charge me 3 more dollars to get the sundae that comes with the meal. So I got soaked and didn't get a sundae for either meal. I guess that's how they get you. For now on, I'll stay away from dairy Queen's for now on....
