Danny's Pizza Pizzazz - Monroeville

I'm a frequent customer at Danny's and generally find the food to be excellent. However, this is the second time in two months that my delivery took over an hour and a half, despite being promised it would arrive in 45 minutes. This happened on a weeknight, which is frustrating since I could understand delays on weekends. The last time I ordered, they kindly offered me a free pizza as compensation. This time, however, I received a warm soda that exploded when I opened it, and the pizza was cold. While I have a closer pizzeria nearby, I've always preferred Danny's—until now.

The service was excellent; the waitress was very kind and made sure to check on us regularly. The food was fantastic, although the dough had a peculiar texture. Aside from that, the fries and hot wings were incredible. I definitely recommend this place!

I've dined at this restaurant several times during my lunch breaks, and I've consistently had a positive experience. The place is always clean, the staff is quick and attentive, and the food has never disappointed me. Just to be transparent, I've primarily ordered quick meals like pizza and haven't yet explored the entire menu. As for parking, there's plenty of convenient space available.

Pizza is good, however the prices are misleading and the service is poor. I have eaten here multiple times. On one experience the lady at the register was impatient and pushy. On another experience the restaurant was closed with no notice even though it was listed as open for two more hours. On this current occasion, using an online coupon, I was still charged an additional $8 over top of the coupon price before tax for a chicken topping, when the coupon said any one topping and did not differentiate. The management does not care about customer opinion.

Excellent pizza and wings! We had the Sunday special large cheese pizza for $12, can't beat that! Plus the naked hot wings and salad.
