Outback Steakhouse Monroeville

Ate here on Saturday 12/30/2023, food was delicious, service friendly, place was busy. Initially I thought the service was a bit slow (it is slower than a lot of restaurants of the same concept), but I soon realized that they employee people who may have learning disabilities and are challenged- this changed my entire view of this place, I applaud them for doing the right thing and will support them any time I am in this area. well done!

Frank served me and my big crazy family. (Party of 13) He was absolutely phenomenal! Even when an issue came up with my cousins food, he responded professionally and fixed it right away. He was very attentive and well organized from start to the very end. Being a former waitress myself, I know my family isn't super easy to serve. But he was respectful and even joked around with us. I would definitely ask for him for future visits! In terms of service as a whole, the other staff were also very accommodating; from phone service to assisting with bringing food out. They were all pleasant. I had the pasta with steak and shrimp. Steak was a little tougher than I like but still delicious. I recommend getting the potato soup for sure! My fav! Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed our dinner. Thank you Frank for taking care of us.

Had a hankering for some pasta. Got the Alfredo with steak and shrimp 7/10 Steak is a little salty but delicious Shrimp is done just right

It was an alright evening out with family for a birthday. The service was a bit slow due a Monday night, but it was good overall. The steaks we were served were by far the worst I've ever been served at the Outback. I ordered a medium rare 18oz bone in ribeye that chalked in at about a quarter inch thick in the actual meat areas and 1.5 in thick on the fat lines and it was cooked beyond well done. Overall it was a fine evening out, they just really fumbled their claim to fame, the steak

This restaurant is a great place to dine. The menu offers a good selection of choices, there is ample parking available, and they have a nice variety of beverages to choose from.
