Panera Bread - Monroeville

Great food that costs an extreme amount.... and children everywhere screaming. Kids should be outlawed here.

Went in on a Saturday to get a bagel for lunch , I walked in and saw the counter employee she was cutting bagels. I said take your time I 'm in no rush. She turned around and said rudely yeah I will take my time. I wanted to make sure I heard her correctly and as she walked by me she said it again yeah I will take my time and gave me a rude look. With that I walked out. I won 't ever go into this location ever. Substandard employee Customer service you don 't treat customers like that. Well Panera you lost yet another customer.
