Contribuisci feedbackThe place was very busy and I got seated immediately. My sever was polite and very quick to bring my drink and food order. I ordered the haystack hamburger and it was scrumptious. My wine was OK as they do not have a big wine menu. The brownie desert came with soft serve vanilla ice cream and it was to die for.
Food is American, and they have minimal vegan/vegetarian options. Service is good, prompt, and this place is great for kids as they offer a kids menu.
Waitress and hostess were great, friendly, and attentive. I think bathrooms were a little dirty, though. All in all it was nice.
I placed the order using the online or phone service I can’t remember. Upon picking up the order I had my husband pick it up. He didn’t know I did not pay over the phone or online. They just handed him the food and he left. I got a nasty phone call from the manager saying how someone picked my order up and did not pay. I said next, why did the staff hand him the food and not check if it was paid or not? Silence was all I heard. And I said well that person had all ready left I can pay over the phone. He then told me he can’t do that. I next said well there’s no way to go back and pay. He then proceeded to tell me he will step into a private space and take my credit card info. Which was shady, but he sounded desperate. All while still having an attitude. Lack of responsibility from the staff for not checking the order, lack of customer service from the manager. The food was mediocre. Won’t be back after this experience.
Ate here over the weekend and I have to say it’s pretty sad to watch them have one waitress service the bar and the restaurant alone. Due to this our waitress didn’t check on us until our food was basically gone. Didn’t get a second drink or the condiment we asked for. Manager came over slammed our food down walked away without saying a word. Sadly this Red Robin went downhill likely wouldn’t go back. Had better experience a few years ago.
