They called me and said they said they were out of the meat for one of my sandwiches (no biggie) received my order the bread was so stale, literally three slices of meat which had weird grey tint to it. I’ll make sure to order from a different location for the future
Placed an order on 7/9/23 for a 5:45pm pickup. Store was supposed to be open until 6pm. Got there at 5:40p and the lights were all off with an employee sweeping up. I asked about my online order and he said they were closed and there was nothing he could do about my credit card being charged and me not having any food ready. I submitted feedback through Subway website right away and heard nothing back. I submitted another round of feedback about the experience today, 8/28/23. Not expecting to hear anything back and definitely won't be giving this Subway location my business ever again.
Went there ordered my food went to pay using a subway gift card that has 50 dollars on it the worker said it's not a subway card even tho it says subway on it and I have the gift receipt and I called just to double check. He had a straight up attitude. I asked for a manager and he said there isnt a manager at this location lol like ok buddy
Stopped there on Saturday, 8/20 around 1 pm. Worker there was awful he had an attitude so I called him out on it and he continued to be rude and disrespectful. The food was also garbage. They need quality people and quality food. Going down hill fast!
Horrendous. That is the only way to describe my experience. 1st. It sounded like the lady was getting mad at me for no reason. It's somehow my fault for not being able to understand her accent with alot of people around. 2nd. The food was just awful. Worst tasting Subway I've had. The sandwich was ice cold. Even after toasted it was ice cold. Cheese was barely melted and the bread was barely crisp if that.
