Vocelli Pizza - Monroeville

The delivery was three hours late, and the service was awful. When I spoke to the woman on the phone, she couldn't tell me if my pizza was still being made or if it was out for delivery. I'm really frustrated.

Since they left a voicemail, I missed their initial call and tried reaching out multiple times to either get my food or a refund. Unfortunately, my calls went unanswered. When I finally managed to speak to the assistant manager, he claimed that my calls were considered "harassment." I really hope to get my money back soon, but based on this experience, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Terrible customer service. We ordered several pepperoni pizzas on a quiet weekday, but they never arrived, even though we live less than a 10-minute drive from the restaurant. Two hours later, shortly before the store closed, we discovered that our credit card transaction had been refunded. They canceled our order without notifying us. It was incredibly rude, leaving us to find dinner elsewhere in the middle of the night. I wouldn't recommend ordering from this place for important events or any occasion. While it's understandable that they might be understaffed or busy, they should at least have the courtesy to communicate and be honest, rather than canceling orders without any notice.

The food is good. The issue is getting it ordered. When you call you get put on hold and left on hold for a very long time. Eventually, it is better to hang up and call another pizza place. I don't know how customers are able to order food here. Iguess you physically have to go to the store and order food to get it.

I order from here regularly? after tonight I will not. Ordered around 8:20 order went through its 11PM no pizza. No call. No email? except to confirm it?s being prepared. Their phones seem to be shut off so I guess they just decided to take my money.SMH. If they weren?t able to make it for whatever reason the minimum they could do is call and let me know. I should haveordered from Fox?s.
