Food was good, but the service was average. We asked to change the fries included in the dish with baked potatoes and were charged additional 3,50 euro without being told in advance. The price of the dish was not changed, we just had to pay the additional amount. All the condiments mayonnaise, ketchup) were also an additional cost 1euro) without that being mentioned in the menu. Despite the good quality food we felt cheated in the end :

We went here at and now in back to find out that there are new owners.: Peter and Amanda from Roermond (NL). Very open and welcoming en service (including Shirly) is very pleasant. The food is absolutely good but I think that Peter...has more promissing plans with thisrestaurant. Can't wait to see what this couple is going to do with this place. Till next year!!! Had a very nice meal here. Beer was good, the wine crisp and cold and our meal was most enjoyable. We had the chicken breast in mustard/cream sauce (excellent) and a Jager Schnitzel (not bad but sauce was a bit bland). Service was good, food...arrived quickly and was presented nicely, with salad and potatoes on the side. The outside seating area was small but shady and pleasant important note. This restaurant is CASH ONLY so be prepared.

We were a largish group of people and the staff were very helpful in finding us a table for us all. The service continued to be very good. The beer was great (local) and the food was flavoursome without being fancy. We enjoyed our...visit.

Looking for somewhere to eat as we all very hungry. literally we saw this restaurant went in. Lady herself so was really multi tasking did great job serving, taking orders payments. of us had the schnitzel if i remember correctly with...mustard sauce. Excellent dish. Very local german feeling atmosphere charm. Apparently both local beers sampled by my friends were excellent too.
