The selection of food and drinks is sufficiently large. Quality is good. During our visit we had to wait 50 minutes for 3 dishes.
We were here in Monschau on our first night. Shortly after 6:00, only a few tables were occupied, the service was not so warm. But the tables filled very quickly, we were happy to be there early and won a non-reserved window. The wooden tables covered with tablecloths and decorated with a flower and a candle convey a cozy atmosphere, but for my feeling are something too close together. As an appetizer, we chose Horchem's mustard loaf with bacon. Was the right choice, nice hot and absolutely delicious. And as we had found the taste on mustard, there was still the carving with Monschauer Senfsauce, Pommes and a small salad. Was also very good, parts not too small and not too big, we are well fed. The service was attentive and very friendly, we never had to wait long. Conveniently you cannot eat here, but the prices are suitable for quality. Overall, a positive first evening, maybe we will be here again on our holiday.
