Dairy Queen - Mont Belvieu

On Saturday night at 10:55 PM, all the lights in the restaurant were turned off. When we arrived, someone interrupted us to say they were sorry, leading me to wonder if they were closing down. The staff member mentioned that it was 11 PM, and we had only two minutes left, but she ended up taking three minutes to attend to us. To make matters worse, the young lady at the window, who was the manager, seemed unaware that they had closed. I told her I would call the next day, which got her attention, and she wanted to know who I was going to contact. If their closing time is 11 PM, they should stay open until then. After our shopping trip at Walmart, we were simply looking for a cold drink, but the level of customer service we experienced was disappointing, especially coming from the manager.

I have sat today to dq and must say that everything has been made fresh to order and taste hella well, and the lady who took my order was very friendly.

Typical DQ, nice staff, clean restaurant. Put mustard on burger I ordered no mustard on, check your order.
