Nice place to organise excursions to amusement parks or Peniscola Castle. Online booking requires registration nr of plates of the car which is impossible if you come in hired car maybe some place for improvement?
Just returned from a 2 week holiday at PM Camping, stayed with EuroCamp (25% off in peak season with Blue light). From the off we were very happy. We arrived a little early and familiarised ourselves with the campsite and its facilities as well as purchase a cocktail in the bar on the beach which was a nice start. ACCOMMODATION- Is what you pay for, however was clean and obtained everything you need (utensils, fridge/freezer, bedding, utensils, BBQ etc) as well as the life saving AC Unit. God send. Eurocamp were very helpful from the start, showed us to our accommodation and explained what was what. They also provided additional items such as bin liners and tea towels When you arrive you will be surprised to see a list of TO DOs before you leave to which one can only describe as a full spring clean!!!. They provide products to avoid the £100 fee however, unless you're filthy buggers, a general and basic maintained bungalow will not be a challenge upon the final wipe down and sweep. SITE- It has everything you need! Food, shops, games room, sports, entertainment, pools, beaches, bars, spa etc. Whats really nice to see if children campers who bring their little tables with them and make bracelets and homemade items (some of which are actually pretty cool) Keeps any youngens happy and of course entertains the young and talented entrepreneurs. Its really clean and every morning an army of staff are out hosing the paths, sweeping and watering plants etc. POOLS- You have two pools, the garden pool and splash pool. Even during busy season, the size of these makes it feel less busy. Always got a spot at either one, in shad or without. The lifeguards are whistle mad! Good to see I suppose. No inflatables or balls allowed in the pool (unless really young) which is a shame. Nice and clean (few bits of dirt here and there, but its a pool, its what to expect) FOOD/DRINK- Could be a little better, the Grill is not really a grill and we only eat there once on the first night. The Terrassa bar is much better suited along with the take-away spot next to it. A take away on the beach is a nice call. Failing that, the supermarket has a wide selection of fresh meats which are perfect for the BBQ. You also have several restaurants along the sea front a short walk form the camp. Con Ramon to the North and Lumma (Tapas) and Friends to the South. Along with others further down. BEACH- Noice beach. The sand is cleaned twice a day by a huge tractor and the sea is lovely. Not rocky on my account (from other reads) and lovely water too. DAYS OUT- You must visit Cambrils. Closest town and only €30 return on the bus (stop right near campsite entrance) for a family of 5. The beach at Cambrils is lovely also. Conveniently placed near a McDonalds for the younger ones. The luxury shaded beds (with slide-able roof) are only €20 and well worth it. The sea is even better here, lovely sand and clean beach. Cambrils also has a lovely selection of shops too. Jetski is a bit pricy but worth it. Barcelona is accessible by train for €19 p/p return. You want Passeig De Gracia station. Lots to but busy! We visited the usually spots which are walking distance and had some lunch however it is a must... even with 3 kids who don't like walking! To Conclude, this was the first holiday for a while and we throughly enjoyed every minute of it. I simply have nothing to say about it (albeit Spanish smoking laws, but that's not the camps fault per se) You cannot go wrong here, and if you're a blue light card holder, even better. Enjoy.
Love this place. It's our second year here . Always super clean, reps are friendly and helpful . I've always found the staff very nice and friendly. It's a little isolated but plenty of taxis and buses to choose from to get to cambrills. There's always plenty to do and loads fo entertainment. My kids were only interested in the pool and beach this year so I was saved the torture or Aladin . It's a good fun family camp. Definitely highly recommend it.
It is a wonder of camping! We have been going for more years!
Com sempre tot genial, tot molt net, moltes activitats pels més petits i una ubicació excepcional
