Central Tapas Nightclub Mont-tremblant

Music too much the same throughout evenings...thats only negative

As I local, I am in love with this unique and special restaurant to share with friends and family visiting Tremblant. Normally I prepare the food for guests as a descent cook but I cannot possibly create what Central does and this is what makes it so special. You will feel like you are transported to Barcelona and adore the chef who goes table to table checking in with guests and sharing his passion and love of each of his creations. Every tapas dish is made with loving care and attention to detail visually and gastronomically. You will want to take photos of every dish! The menu is so varied it also suits all the requests in my family as well for gluten free, pescatarian and vegetarian options.

Best cocktails on the mountain. Very flavourful and unique dine in experience. Highly recommend.

The food is exceptional! Very tasty and well prepared and you can chose among many menu options. I love the service and the owner is so friendly with the guests and always takes care to offer the best quality! I highly recommend this place.

I have been here several times with my family and friends, and each time the food gets better and better! I love the tapas style as it's really fun to try multiple items on the menu. I am GF and they have tons of options! The staff are excellent and very knowledgeable about the menu which is helpful if you have food restrictions. Excited to return to Central!
