Le Grand Lodge Mont - Mont-Tremblant

In general, this restaurant deserves a solid three-star rating. However, the service from the front desk brought it down to two stars.

The restaurant has a cozy lodge atmosphere with rustic decorations. However, the cabins could use some updating.

I ate with family (4 adults, 4 young children) at the whiskey bar of the large lodge and it was very good. We were served and the beer was good. The next morning, we were browned at the shore and it's really good. beautiful choice and especially custom made omelettes were excellent.

We had an excellent experience with a private party for a special birthday (90), with about 45 guests. Excellent assistance from Francois in making the arrangements. Very nice 4-course dinner. Would especially recommend the cheesecake, which was served with a beautiful presentation. Service was excellent and would recommend this location for a special party.

15 years after this place aged gracefully. The moment you come in its a nice and cozy place with big sofas and fireplace, big log cabin. The many attentions to the travellers. We were surprised by the cookies and chocolate at 4pm, you see the kids waiting for it patiently.... the kids scream yeah!!!!!! Then later after it calms down around 5ish they set up the veggies and dip station. This is wonderful, parents and kids coming in from the hill for a treat.... there is also board games available. March break and the end of the winter season is near.... kids will have great memories of this place. Nice pool. The one bedroom suite is really cozy with a kitchen and living room that transform into an extra sleeping quarters. Nice bedroom that can close off to the rest of the unit with an ensuite. There is a fully equipped kitchen. A large balcony. All this to say its nice. They have a restaurant, great chef. Buffet breakfast. Bar and bistro/game room/exercise room, etc.... its next to a lake. And in ski season there is a shuttle bus to the ski hill. Saves you an extra expense as there is fees of up to $20 a day to park there. The friendly staff is the icing on the cake.
