Tim Hortons - Mont-Tremblant

Over half hour wait time. No employees. Horrible environment to wake up

Frustrating that this location cannot hire the right amount of staff. Since they can't get enough people working behind the counter, the lineups become ridiculous. Super busy location with all kinds of trades guys and tourists flooding in every morning. Tried three times on a Thursday morning, 7am, 8am, and my last try was at 9am. Each time the lineup was 8+ people deep, not moving, and the drive-thru lineup was just as bad.

Came at 3:45pm two days in a row and it was closed despite saying it was open

Extremely slow service. Staff are barely doing any work. Waited 30+ minutes behind 7-8 other customers. Absolutely

Doors were locked at 4:45pm tonight. Absolutely ridiculous to close early.
