Felt really at home here. It's a family run restaurant and the service was very friendly. Both the waitress and what turned out to be the owner, were happy to give extra details about dishes which were unfamiliar to us. I eventually went for a vegetarian dish a massive plate of grilled fruit and veg. There was everything from grilled pear to grilled artichokes all of it really tasty. My friends went for shoulder of lamb which they both enjoyed. The restaurant bring you enormous slices of toasted bread with garlic and tomato to rub on it (it's a local thing which we are happily getting used to). We finished off with a sort of fresh cheese and honey served in a sundae glass. Something I have never tried before but will certainly try again if I can find the right sort of cheese. We all enjoyed the feel of the place.
