Hello, this is my opinion on this amazing restaurant. First of all, when we arrive, we have an excellent welcome and especially with a smile despite the mask. To put it in place, it's pretty fast. As much as the meal has will and low it is great. I can explain. In this restaurant, it is possible to respect the following custom (no sushi/maki sauce) because it is supposed to be already perfectly accompanied by the chef so we show respect for his work. The restaurant perfectly respects this custom and I like it. The hot dish is also excellent. In any case I say bravo, bravo has the whole team of the Chinese wok of Montbrison

The lady who takes care of the meals to take away allows, at each passage, to tell the client, that it is not necessary to put too much food in the barrels with a rather nasty look! Next time, if it still allows a reflection like that, I will leave the 6/7 barrels and go eat elsewhere! Fortunately, food is pretty good.
