Carl's Jr. - Montclair

Thanks to her, I got the soda and fries for free! The guacamole bacon cheeseburger itself was fantastic—I've loved that burger for years. Every time I go to Carl's Jr., that's what I always order. I just wanted to express my appreciation and acknowledge that employees like her are hard to find. Great job, and thank you once again, Montclair Carl's Jr.!

I don't often indulge in fast food, but whenever I visit CJs, I always thought their prices were a bit high for what you get. Recently, I noticed that my combo was three dollars more than what was listed on the menu. So I asked, "When you ask if I want medium or large, is that my only choice or are you upgrading me without me knowing?" The response I got was, "It's my job to upsell you!" I thought, "Okay, that’s a bit sneaky but I understand." I'm just used to more customer-friendly approaches, like being asked if I want to upgrade to a medium or large. Now I know better... no more tricks for me, haha!

The drive-thru was supposed to be open 24/7, but no one answered for about an hour. I went there hoping to get an ice cream shake to satisfy my cravings, but after waiting without any response, I tried to order through DoorDash. They texted me to let me know that no one was answering there either. What is going on? This is really frustrating!

I went expecting to be a lil disappointed because most fast food employees just don't want to be there. I was pleasantly surprised at the service.

Fast service fries were fresh and hot. Drive thru was packed and it only took 8 minutes i was surprised.
