Mcdonald's - Montclair

I live within 1 min place always and make everyone that order from drive throught park in there partkong spots , i know exactly why so it llook like thet have quick service from corporate, food here always is hit or miss , it makes me mad that they dothis ive been coming here since they opened and always had a subpar , always , ive tried talking to people that work here theydont care , im not asking for much just food hot and to order, i haave ni prblem waiting but to then bring food out that isnthot after waiting ?

No one to help they ignore the people in the line and they got bed bugs

Staff was friendly, pretty clean lobby, there did seem to be several homeless hanging inside and outside. Additionally I ordered 2 large combos, you would expect fries to be full not just get a large box, they were also old, cheeseburgers and fishsandwich were decent.

This was my first time at this location. It looks nice and the line moved fast. I didn't like that they allow homeless people to beg for food at the drive-thruo line. I didn't like that when I ordered chicken nuggets they didn't ask what sauce. Instead theyassumed BBQ. I really liked their mocha, so I would try this location again.

I received excellent service through the drive thru. Sidel was very polite, friendly, and took time to get my complicated order correct. The young lady that made my iced coffee was so sweet as well. You can tell she took her time to make it right. She toldme I hope you like it with a big smile on her face. This excellent service made my day!
