Pier 88 Boiling Seafood Montclair

Pretty decent, although our boil was too light on the seasoning. After asking the waitress, we were able to have more added and that improved things noticeably.

Great food, great price, great atmosphere! ? Wide open dining area, awesome bar space and great music playing when we came in. We did the Famous Low Country Boil with Garlic Butter and Lemon Pepper seasoning, mild on the hot sauce and it was ??? topped it off with some deep fried oysters, popcorn shrimp and chicken tenders. Found a new go to spot for us ?

I enjoy coming here so do my kids.I understand that, at times, the business can have some of the workers frustrated, I tend to have good experiences with the waitresses waiters, the wait times I've gone haven't been bad I believe the most I've had to wait was about 20 minutes on Friday night.Food came in maybe another 20 minutes.Its definitely an experience you would need to try for yourselves.Kid-friendliness: There is no kids section on the menu, but can definitely make it work. I got my 4 year old cheese sticks, a side or rice I'm sure you can ask for extras( boiled eggs,potatoes,corn, etc) on the side

Eat with your hands everything in broiled bag. Try the 88 special butter and cajun when ordering broiled seafood. Delicious. Can't wait to back. P.S. bib, gloves and plastic tablecloth awaits you with bucket for shells!

Came here for my birthday seafood cravings. We received great service. All of the food was fresh and flavourful.
