Tacoria - Montclair

I stopped in because I was in the area and have always wanted to try it, and I love tacos. I heard they had vegan options so I was down! I wasn’t overly impressed with the vegan choices BUT I was happy that there were some to begin with. I think that next time I would try something other than the tacos because they were very small (I should’ve ordered more) but They were tasty. I’ll give this a second try.

Brussels sprout tacos were the food I didn't know I needed but now I certainly know I want. I tried one each of their vegan options for the tacos and they were delicious! I also had the street corn which was quite yummy. The place has an industrial vibe but somehow manages to still be inviting and cozy. You order at the counter and they give you a pager that buzzes when your food is ready so it's pretty low-key. On top of it the staff was absolutely lovely. I will definitely return here on my next trip to Jersey.

I love this place! It’s the best vegan Mexican food I’ve found so far. They even have vegan nachos! The Mexican street corn with vegan aioli is my favorite side. So good!

It’s great that they have a separate vegan section on the menu, but seriously, fried avocados, corn and brussels sprouts are not “protein.” eyeroll

This restaurant always delivers consistently delicious food that never disappoints.
