Hello Madam, Gentlemen, Arrived in your establishment on July 9th we wanted to share our experience for having stayed a week. Before arriving we did not receive the code by SMS as agreed on Friday afternoon, following this the room number six which you had assigned to us was dirty, not made (photo in support in case of request) . So we slept with my friends above the bed without a clean blanket, also, we had to clean the shower, the toilets, the sink and finally there was no more toilet paper. The next day we came across a very nice lady named Sandrine, she made us feel very welcome and even offered to prepare breakfast for us, which we kindly accepted. Following that, we asked to change rooms, because the room didn't suit us, so she accepted, but it took a special request from her manager, which he has, if I may say, **** off! So we were forced to call this person in question who, oddly enough, accepted our request following this call. But before calling this person, my friend and I overheard their conversation and if I may say so, we are not disrespecting their employees in any way! Especially since this woman has apparently been present for twenty years and knows her job perfectly, she has the real know-how to satisfy her customers. We would like to thank Sandrine again 1000 times for her unparalleled professionalism, dedication and kindness, we will miss breakfast! Hoping to see her again soon in the hotel . Cordially. Old hotel On the roadside, impossible to sleep with the window open. The TV does not work. And icing on the cake no breakfast. Luckily they refunded me, that's the least they could do. What a treat to pay for breakfast and have a ghost hotel in the morning at 8am. Zero employees and no one answers the phone until 8:50 after several calls.... Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
