Contribuisci feedbackI hope your staff isn't as rude and unprofessional as the woman who literally hung up on me when I called.I'm a new entrepreneur to the Valley and called simply for information in the hopes of helping both businesses be successful.Whoever she is doesn't deserve a job which involves customer service.If you want to make a positive name for yourself while rebranding, I recommend you retrain or replace the people responsible for dealing with potential customers.Shameful.
We've been here twice and the employees have been nice enough, but they seem really understaffed. Both times we came we got food and Both times we were severely disappointed. Not only did it take and extremely long time to get but The pizza is terrible and the Buffalo mozzy bites are really bad as well. We have a good time bowling and spending time together as a family here, but the food is terrible quality and WAAAAYYYYY overpriced
WOW!!! So, my family and I stopped in for Breakfast/Lunch (6 people total). We arrived at 11:05 am and there were only 2 other tables occupied in the restaurant. We did not receive our food until 12:20 pm and only half the table got their food first, then the other half came 10 minutes later. This is hands down the longest ticket time I have seen at a restaurant in my life and it was pancakes and sandwiches (1 hour and 15 minutes). If you do decide to go here i suggest you put in your food order, then rent a bowling lane and and bowl a few games, because your food will not be quick. We will definitely not be going back here.........................
Was not expecting such a great burger from a bowling ally but ....wow! Great burger at a great price. I will be back.Kid-friendliness: It's a bowling ally, great kid memory's.Parking: Clean and expansive.
Food was nasty, fries cold, burger cold, water tasted like chlorine, abosultly gross. Service was good. Will never eat ever again.
