Uomini davvero spiacevoli alla reception. Il servizio è migliorato quando le due ragazze hanno preso il controllo. Gli uomini erano maleducati e davvero ingenui. Poveretto. Hotel dotato di ogni comfort con una camera di benessere sorprendente per un edificio d'epoca perfettamente ristrutturato MA, E ' UNBELIEVABILE che non ha NUOVI FISSI DI GENERAZIONE che impediscono rumori esterni nella stanza. In un hotel 4 penso che sia impossibile non dormire a causa del rumore di un pub disco di fronte all'hotel. Arriving at this hotel for a wellness weekend we were extremely impressed by the kindness of the reception staff. When you enter the lobby there is a smell of chlorine coming from the spa located on the same floor, but it's not that intrusive! We arrived well before the scheduled check in time, and with extreme kindness the girl let us into the room even before the time! We were able to choose between 2 rooms (standard), yes perhaps the style is a little outdated, but still well maintained and clean! The only flaw I can find is the fact that there was no fan in the bathroom. The spa is divided into 2 levels, one aquatic and one dry. On the ground floor there are swimming pools, Turkish bath, emotional shower and Knipp path and a small low-alcohol sauna. The whole center is well kept and the spa girls are very kind! On the 2nd floor you will find ocean escape with the salt room, a sauna with a very high-alcohol view, a relaxation area and a herbal tea area. There is a bathroom that does not have a key and in my opinion this is the only flaw for this floor. Breakfast was the thing that particularly struck me, it is not a buffet but you can choose from the menu which contains both included and extra foods. Everything is brought to the moment and with a lot of care! A special thank you to Ivan, I am vegan and I have never had problems finding products related to my lifestyle! Rusks, biscuits, even croissants and jam-filled pastries! Soy milk, oats, almond, rice! Thank you so much for not making me feel judged! It's not always easy! A round of applause to all the staff, starting from the maids on the floors who do a really clean and precise job, to the receptionists always ready to help you, to the very kind spa girls, to the waiters in the restaurant who are quick and attentive and to the chefs who prepare food with a lot of dedication. What can I say, we definitely recommend it!!!
