Our kids had a cheese pizza and they loved it. My wife and I had a platter of Jamin Iberico and the Montefrio cheese sampler, then we shared a delicious steak. We were stuffed. Our waitress and the owner were so delightful. We were very happy with our choice; highly recommend!!
As vegetarians in in-land Andaluçia, it can be difficult to find a place that has something you can eat as vegetarians. Most menu's have a few options, but it can be disappointing to select the usual suspects (berenjenas, patatas bravas, etc). No such problem with Jomay! The menu offers a fair amount of pizza's, pasta's and others that we could eat. I especially recommend the Villa pizza that my gf and I shared (tiny eaters). Very fresh, very nice taste and we got a little appetiser before the start. We asked to sit inside (outside was a little busy) and the staff immediately and very warmly set us a table. Very friendly people, all of them! Not sure, but I think it is (partly) family run? The atmosphere is very nice, the food is great. Jomay was a great memory in our trip. Graçias!
From the moment we walked in, the staff couldn’t have been more welcoming and friendly! And the food was exceptional! We had Tapas... the artichoke dish and broad bean and ham dish were incredible! We loved everything about Jomay wish we had discovered it on our first day, rather than our last. Thanks also to the staff for being patient with our basic attempts at speaking Spanish. Muchas gracias. Thank you so much!
Lovely service, always felt welcome and well looked after. Food was simple but delicious and price is very reasonable with lots of things to choose from on the menu. Have been back since and would recommend people to go, especially on a Sunday when every other place seems closed! Best place to eat in Montefrio.
Friendly restaurant with delightful service. With drinks you are served a lovely tapas dish to munch on. The menu offered a good choice of dishes that would suit most. We went for steaks and pizzas, both of which were thoroughly enjoyed by the different family members. At the end we where served with a sweet tapas (quince, toasted sesame seeds and cheese), which was fantastic. Our lovely waiter looked after us very well. Although our Spanish was limited, our waiter was very polite and respectful and patiently explained anything that were were unsure of. We had a great experience and will be very happy to return to sample further delights.
