The only reason they stay open is because there are so many tourists who have no idea where they are getting themselves. Staff totally inadequate for this job. Starting first with the owner.

Do NOT come here. Rude and a sad experience. The owner actually yelled at us. Yes, do not come here for the food or experience.

We sat down because it was the only semi-empty place in Montepulciano. After a while of waiting and no one coming to ask us anything, I got up to ask if they did table service. Inside I discover that table service exists only for those who have booked the table. We didn't find any indication that the table was booked (they tell me they don't do that...oh well) otherwise we wouldn't have sat down. In no restaurant have I had to get up to ask for a menu, to pay, or to ask for even the slightest thing... it seems to be different here. No problem, we got up and went elsewhere where the reviews were much better, where they somehow find a place for a customer and where they meet you with a smile. I'm satisfied that I didn't stay with you. Thank you.
