Contribuisci feedbackAs soon as I walked into the restaurant, I got a really bad smell, I didn't think much of it. I was hoping the smell would go away. I got seated, and the really bad smell was still there. I asked if I could move tables, I got moved, but the bad odor was everywhere! I couldn't imagine eating food with that odor. I didn't place my order, I got up and left. I dont plan on ever going back. Monterey local
Service is consistently painful. We admittedly go for the drinks and happy hour menu, which is affordable, but even sitting at the bar, our drinks sit empty, old food sits in front of us. Sometimes we just ask for a check because we get sick of seeing old food and having to ask for drinks
Walked in and was sat immediately. There were only 4 other customers in the restaurant. Ordered drinks and received them, then asked for straws and placed our food order. I waited 15 minutes for a straw and 20 minutes for a ready to eat wrap and one chicken sandwich. The food quality was one of the worst I had ever seen. The wrap seemed to be composed of bagged salad mix you’d find at a grocery store. The fries were cold and hard, and stuck together as if they had been freezer burnt. I didn’t even eat my wrap because when it was placed on my table, the woman says “I spilled your ranch all over your food, sorry.” That immediately turned me off from the food in front of me. I ended up still having to pay for a whole meal and drink that I did not touch at all. Service was terrible, atmosphere was off putting. Don’t recommend won’t return.
A good place to catch a meal before a movie. They have a kids menu and booth seating.
Best service I've ever experienced. Everyone from the host, our waitress, and the manager was OVER THE TOP nice. Food and drinks were great, but service was the real differentiator. Will definitely be back!!
