Contribuisci feedbackI get people are busy and possibly short staffed during these times but to continue to accept online orders when they take an hour plus to deliver doesn't make any sense on the managers part. I work in a restaurant and that was by far the worst experience I've had with jack in the box!
We've ordered here a number of times. Every time they either forget an item or you get something else. Never ordering here again.
The lady who took our order was extremely rude and disrespectful. Order took for ever. There was a guy who pulled behind us and they left because everyone ignored him. Then my breakfast wasn’t even what I ordered. And she charged me for the more expensive item! When my husband asked for a fork so he could eat she basically started cussing us out in a different language. With the amount of complaints this place has the manage/owner should either retrain or hire new.
