Jamba - Monterey

I just want to shout out a huge thank you to the team at your Alvarado location in Monterey! I recently ordered through DoorDash, and my meal arrived in a neat brown paper bag, perfectly packed to prevent any spills, and it even featured my name, which was such a lovely touch. It was a simple gesture, but it truly made my day. I rarely write reviews, but this definitely deserves a big THANK YOU to the staff at Jamba!

I placed my order without any issues and got two large smoothies that I really enjoyed. However, I was disappointed to find that your vegan options aren't actually vegan. The Impossible Sandwich contains eggs and milk. LOL.

I always enjoy visiting Jamba downtown, especially in the mornings when the super friendly girl is usually working. She already knows my usual order, which is a big plus! With the new mobile ordering feature, it's convenient to just pop in, grab our drinks, and be on our way before heading to work. The entire staff is consistently welcoming and goes out of their way to remember regular customers.

I love my Jamba juices and their staff. I always get a greeting no matter how busy they are. I did a mobile order and walked in 6 min later and she was just pouring it from the blender. The place was packed with a bus load of soccer players. I was in and out in a second. Thanks Jamba
