Revival Ice Cream - Monterey

I’ve tried the Bees knees Ice cream and I highly recommend to try

Charming ice cream shop that uses fresh local ingredients. The Bee's Knees definitely lives up to its accolades - it was so delicious! The flavors and textures of the Coffee Blondie were exceptional, I'm glad I couldn't make up my mind and ended up trying both.

The tasting menu ($15) was fantastic with 6 flavors. I would not suggest trying the Tahitian Vanilla flavor as it lacks vanilla beans and small black dots, and mostly tastes like coconut. However, the rest of the flavors were amazing - Olive Oil, Pineapple, Matcha, Honey Coffee were all exceptional.

The best ice cream I’ve ever had. So fresh tasting. Coffee Blondie, Butter Pecan, and Bee’s Knees were amazing!
