Taco Bell - Monterey

It was such a good experience, all staff are nice and patient. Me and my friend enjoyed the food thank you ?

Very bad service, many times I wait 30 minutes or more for my food, I don't know what's going on, they should have more control over this store, for God's sake. Very slow working staff here.

I 've never in my life experienced such a pitifully slow fast food restaurant. Not to mention the app will straight up lie to you. I get alerted 4-5 minutes after ordering that my order is ready and it never is when I arrive. One time I ordered on the app and when I got there the counter said that their fryer wasn 't working and they 'd have to manually refund me for the fries the app let me order. However after waiting 20 minutes I heard from other customers that they were being told the wait was an hour. But consistently I cannot get an order complete in under 25 minutes. Next time (if) I order again I will just order when I 'm 30 minutes from arriving. Lesson learned I guess. The employees seem to all be doing a slowdown strike and if they 're not then they have absolutely no sense of urgency.

The woman at the counter was mad I was even picking up an order, treated me angrily, demanded to see my phone even after I told her my name and my order number.Parking: Street parking, hard to find any
