Contribuisci feedbackWe were traveling and looking for some food to eat on the go. The salad options were limited as it was only 2:00 in the afternoon, but we managed to find something. I opted for some crackers and a new cheese from their impressive artisanal selection, and I was very satisfied with my choice. The produce was all fresh, and we also picked up some apples and bananas. Overall, we were happy with our meal, although it didn't quite live up to the hype and was a bit pricey.
While there are friendly staff members at this restaurant, there are also some negative attitudes that can detract from your overall experience. Miguel, in particular, exhibited a condescending and belligerent demeanor. Perhaps considering Trader Joe's as an alternative in this area would be advisable. Generally, Whole Foods is one of my preferred establishments.
I booked a holiday meal at this restaurant and received a notice to arrive at a specific time. When I arrived exactly on time, I was told to stand at some small tables with other customers, with no social distancing in place. One person wasn't even wearing a mask. When I asked if there was an alternative, the clerk was unhelpful and another employee suggested I wait in my car. After waiting for a few minutes in my car, I was buzzed back in. However, the person handling my food was also not wearing a mask. Having lived in Asia during SARs, MERS, and the first four months of COVID, I am aware of the risks of contracting the virus. According to Harvard reports, grocery stores are the number one place to catch COVID. Additionally, in past outbreaks, we learned that queuing in lines for more than 12 minutes can also be a super spreader event. The long lines and lack of proper safety measures at this restaurant, including unmasked food handlers, make it clearly unsafe. I strongly advise against dining here and suggest going elsewhere to save lives.
They sold me a moldy strawberry rhubarb pie, on Dec 9 6:30 pm I returned at 8:50 , with Poor costumer service I leave with out money or pie I won't come back to this store any time soon. And remember to keep your receipt just in case ring any moldy food around , other wise they won't give even an apology without receipt..
After a hard days work, Kevin in the taco station, made me feel important and valued. He did this by providing superior service. This made me feel compelled to leave positive feedback; in which I hope, he is recognized for. Lastly, the tacos he prepared for me, were outstanding. Thank you very much Kevin. Sincerely, Bob
