Chili's Galerias Monterrey

Good food. good service. for what I expect from chili. not a hidden gem, but it will make a turtle. go around the corner to eat l bamboo for better quality. 5/10.

Chili is very well managed and the food quality is very good. server is always fast. yes, it is a chili’s, but as far as a great place to eat and getting a good meal will always supply it.

My friend and 'yours truly ' decided to visit Chili 's inside the Galerias Monterrey mall on Monday, March 6th, 2017. I had their dinner special which included entree and beer for a fixed price. We started with an appetizer (Southwestern Eggrolls) and that was yummy. I...had Chipotle Buffalo Chicken Strips with mashed potatoes and 24oz Modelo Cerveza on draft, while my friend had a Chilis avocado burger with broccoli and fries. Service was just okay, and food served quickly. It was typical Chili 's fare like back in the States. I usually enjoy their appetizers mostly, not entrees. But, we had a good time. Three Claws UP!!! Apparently this is now an applebee. bad service that I have ever received in a restaurant. the server were more interested in their handys than customers. I ordered eating and it took almost 45 minutes to receive. I've never been offered a second beer. not even the ones that my teller cleared. I'm sitting here now for 30 minutes in cash and no one has asked me if they can help me or pay me out.

Great eating, pleasant atmosphere and excellent service! my subscriber was exceptional, I secured the menu and that I ordered and received exactly what I wanted and did not have to wait very long. the fajitas were excellent! thank you!
