I noticed an employee behind the sandwich counter and another gentleman mopping the floor, so I knocked on the door hoping one of them would acknowledge me and explain why they were closed. Unfortunately, both completely ignored me, even after I stood there for several minutes. It was disappointing that neither felt it necessary to come over and offer an explanation. As someone who works in customer service, I would never leave a customer feeling overlooked like that. This experience did not reflect well on our local Subway. Perhaps it’s time to reconsider what customer service truly means! Remember, without customers, you wouldn’t have jobs. Additionally, I noticed that the hours listed online show a closing time of 9 PM. So, what are the actual hours—7, 9, or 10 PM?
The service was extremely slow, and the claim that they don't accept coupons because it's a small town is untrue; I've visited smaller towns where coupons are accepted. Honestly, I would prefer to see a different food chain here instead of Subway. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
The girl working there was incredibly sweet and friendly. The food was just okay—after all, it's a Subway. However, the drink fountain was a different story; there was mold everywhere in the ice dispenser. If mold is growing there, I can only imagine it's also in the nozzles or tubing for the drinks. I ended up getting a bottled chocolate milk instead. Service: Takeout Meal type: Lunch.
I just ordered three sandwiches, and unfortunately, the chicken teriyaki had four pieces of inedible gristle. The tuna was even worse—I couldn't eat it at all because it was smelly and had a paste-like consistency. It was really disappointing. It's a shame to see quality being sacrificed. When I traveled for work to military sites, I always relied on Subway, but this was a waste of money for a senior citizen on a budget. I ended up having to throw away the entire foot-long tuna sandwich.
The staff is incredibly friendly, and the quality of the ingredients is very fresh. Service is generally prompt, depending on the time of day. While the prices at Subway have significantly increased over the years, it remains a good option if you didn’t have time to prepare lunch or need a quick dinner. I've also noticed that the soup sells out quite quickly in this area, which suggests it must be quite good.
