La Plazita Market - Montevideo

We arrived at the restaurant after the dinner rush and were quickly seated and given menus. Unfortunately, no one returned to take our order or offer us drinks. Numerous staff members walked past us, attending to tables that arrived after us. After waiting for about 30 minutes without any service, we decided to leave. The host should have informed us who our server would be and ensured that we were acknowledged. They clearly dropped the ball on multiple occasions.

We waited over half an hour and didn't even receive our drinks. Employees passed by our table several times without checking if we needed anything. When we mentioned our experience on our way out, they just laughed at us. Additionally, there's no way to contact them by phone.

This restaurant offers an authentic and enjoyable experience. It's a lovely hidden gem in the Midwest. However, I recently visited the new restaurant (not the one in the picture), and unfortunately, the food was disappointing.

We have been sitting here for 30 mins and NO ONE has come to take our order or even get us drinks. Several services walked past and ignored us. We left without ever eating

This is the first Mexican restaurant I've ever visited that offers guacamole but does not serve tortilla chips! That's right, no chips at all! It wasn't just a case of being out of stock; they simply don't have them. It's akin to a hamburger joint that doesn't offer French fries. On top of that, they also sell hamburgers and sushi! Yet still, no tortilla chips. On the bright side, the tacos were quite tasty. So, there's that.
