He has no one to help him. he has no idea what's going on in a sandwich and what's not. I had to help him in the round to build the whole sandwich, and when he was finished he stacked mayonnaise about what was going on all the time when he wrapped it. So I didn't have a post on my sandwich when I ate it and then I went to my drink and there are no lids. nothing's on camp. only a really frustrating experience management must do a better job of training their employees
I liked this subway. but last night I called and asked when they closed. the type said 9 o'clock. then I made my children online order, it was confirmed and charged my card, but until my son came to get her food before 8 o'clock, and should be ready to 745 o'clock, the guy said he never saw it, but I got the email saying confused and working on order. then they called the police and said he was threatened. So I'm trying to call the manager to get my money back.
I ordered online for my sandwich and the order was placed correctly for a steak n chez sub it was wrong it had bellpeppers on the sandwich I didn't ask for bellpepper and it says that on the screen as well as the 2 slips for the sandwich but it was completely loaded with bellpepper too many to even take off I called the guy kept saying sorry but thats defeating the purpose my other sandwich is fine but I wanted the steak and cheese it had more bellpepper than meat its ridiculous
Walked in at 11:20 am and two employees behind counter on cell phone telling us they will be with us in minute. Then they only had white or wheat bread cooked. Only a couple of cheese choices. I asked was there a shortage and she told I could leave if I don't like it. I left.
