Dunkin' - Montgomery

I never used to drink coffee but I became addicted to their Large Iced French Vanilla with 6 cream and 6 liquid sugar. LOVE LOVE LOVE DUNKIN!!!! Now, there are some stores Ive been too that they need to find different employees because they are young, rude,immature and just have no business working with customers

I love this dunkin? donuts too much! They have amazing customer service. What I mainly love is this worker named Jaylen! He is such a polite and positive young man. He really makes me want to come back daily.

Terrible coffee cups are always leaking when I got my coffee it spilled all over my hand and I asked them to please change it into a different cup. At that time teenagers 3 of them were working and one took my cup and rolled her eyes. Management really needs to train these kids about customer service. I will stop coming here it’s happened to many times.

My favorite dunkin, i ordered a drink wrong but they had no problem fixing it for me! i appreciate workers going the extra mile. the girl in the drive thru window is always super nice not sure if she’s the manager but she should be !

Doughnuts were fresh, coffee tasted delicious, and the strawberry dragon fruit and raspberry watermelon refreshers tasted wonderful, It's definitely something I'd recommend on a hot day or any day!
