The customer service is not good at this place. my man ordered online for curbside pickup for family breakfast. No one never came into the car, he waited a good hour. he should not have to go in to get our food that they did not answer to the phones, they tell us that our food was ready, and they still screwed up our breakfast that he ordered me the waffles, but gave me pancakes. I don't give bad reviews in the rule, but they have extremely bad customer service.

Today is the last day I can spend my money! 45 minutes waiting for my order, which should last 20 minutes. get all the way home and I miss eating, serviettes and nothing to eat my food. I have returned the missing idea and spoke to the manager who was unprofessional and told me I didn't ask any edibles. If I spend $50, I'd eat with serviettes, a wet nap and something. Maybe I'm wrong. after that was eating nasty. save time and money. try the location prattville

Dining here is consistently enjoyable, but the service can be inconsistent. Today, there was a bit of a misunderstanding. We had to wait before being seated and then stood for several minutes. It also took a long time for our food to arrive. A rating of 3 out of 5 feels generous.

I love IHOP! I’ve been to IHOP restaurants in many cities and even a few overseas. I keep coming back because I trust the consistent quality of the meals. However, I have to say that the prices feel a bit high if I don’t get a refill on my coffee. Why are the cups so small? I just want a proper cup of coffee! It was a hot day, reaching 95 degrees, and I was surprised that restaurants don’t serve water automatically when you order your meal. Also, I noticed the $5.00 draft beer was actually just $3.00. I could only think of the famous bar scene from Pulp Fiction about that. I have some pictures to prove it, although they’ll probably charge me for a glass of water! On a positive note, the hash browns were really good.

Ordered a club sandwich and the tomatoes were very sweet tasted like they were caramelized in sugar. The fries were seasoned with sugar cinnamon and had poor flavor in the mouth. Service extremely slow took over an hour to get food out with only two other groups in the restaurant.
