Island Delight Caribbean - Montgomery

This is the best Caribbean food in the river region! The service is excellent, and the owners, Richard and Melissa, are truly wonderful people. The prices are great, and the food is delicious. If you're looking for larger portions, make sure to ask for the Laday special; it’s a delightful combination of jerk chicken and oxtail served on a bigger plate. It may cost a little extra, but it's definitely worth it. Don’t forget to try the reggae medley drink, beef patties, festival bread, cocoa bread, plantains, and cabbage—everything is so tasty! I absolutely love this place. They’re also opening another location on Dexter Avenue downtown, and I’ll be visiting often!

This restaurant is truly a gem for the city of Montgomery. The food is fantastic, the service is excellent, and the staff are wonderful! My only problem is that I can't dine here every day, but if you have the chance to, you absolutely should!
