Sonic Drive in - Montgomery

Have been sitting here on carter hill rd montgomery alabama for 40 minutes for a cheeseburger and chili cheese packaging I ordered 50 minutes ago on the app. go in and a guy on the phone. I asked about my command and asked me what I had. they said it was in a minute. not yet here. no answer to the phone or kiosk

Completely with personal I couldn't take my order! an order I put online said it was finished at 8:46 o'clock. at 9:04 o'clock after going to the door was told me that my order was not excited! if I could give the zero stars, I would!

Due to my recent experience, the personal was friendly, we didn't have to wait for long our eating was fresh hot. the only problem that we first had gone was that it seemed to have something with their credit card machine that they have outside where they simply float without having to go back inside to complete their purchase, but the second time that we had gone back, they had fixed the problem that I think (because it worked just well.) I would recommend this sonici.

They take to long to bring out food. There speaker system is broke and we all got food poisoning. So awesome. Not.

This place was ridiculous I waited 35 minutes after I ordered and then had to get out of my truck to check on my order. The employees were in there joking around and could care less about my wait. I watched several customers order and get there food while waiting on mine. When I finally got my order it was cold. I will not be returning and I hope that something is done about the poor customer service
