Taco Bell - Montgomery

I usually don't post stuff like this but I'm gonna be straight up and do it. Taco Bell on EastChase may by far be the worst service I have received in a long time. The sign said order at the kiosk and I did. I could hear the people in the back yelling and cussing and saying how stupid I looked for sitting there and not going through the drive through and I could hear them yelling and complaining about my order being a veggie order. I'm sorry if me being the only person in the store is an inconvenience of your time and that my order was to complicated when u had it on the menu. If you are catering to vegetarians and make a menu for it don't yell and complain about it. I hate it when people post like this or when people in restaurants get beat on because I've been there and understand the struggle of being understaffed. By all means say what u wanna say in the back of the house but to yell and say the things that were said about me for me to hear in the front is unprofessional and ridiculous. They will not be receiving any business from me in the near future because they clearly didn't want it to begin with

My order was correct and food was average, but I was horribly disturbed by seeing employees with their pants below their behinds and underwear showing. If I hadn’t placed a mobile order and already paid in the app, I would have walked out.

Terrible customer service. Whoever is working the night shift at drive-thru was really rude and needs to have a chat with supervisor- they deserve a 2nd chance that's what I personally believe in. Unprofessional. Been here 100+ times the past 10 years but whoever was working this night has an attitude and was rude. Taco Bell supervisors and owner for this taco bell need to talk to the franchise about how to hire right people and make them memorize their mission statement. Don't need a reply. Thank you, will not be coming back. New Taco Bell on Vaughn Road beats this one by a mile.

Worst customer service ever, the lady taking the order was rude and didn’t cut the quesadilla and when I gave her she took it rudely and gave the same quesadilla which is very unprofessional and when asked for sauce she just said we don’t have in a very un please manner and closed the window on face.

The food tasted good. Drive through took much longer than expected. Many items on the menu were not available like Mexican pizza and pepsi
