Taco Bell - Montgomery

The worst taco bell I've ever been. there is a system, and the working woman had a terrible attitude. I'm glad she's lazy because they could take care of their customers. but that's why you work there and I don't.

Large customer service, they only looked sour at the end of the taco a big lump. not straight.

Very very very verrrrry bad service. not properly done. drinks that were given after eating. bad attitude. there are 3 employees here, but they don't have time to get to the counter. I will never stop at this taco bell ever. very upset.

My order was wrong after I had explained it about ten times and honestly said this place just depends on the personal.

Most disorganized and dirty Taco Bell I've visited in a long time.They only took dine in orders via two self-serv stations, one of which the screen was broken. I can forgive this due to staff shortages nationwide, right!?But come on... One lady stood at the counter next to me waiting on ANY staff to acknowledge her for over 6 minutes just to ask for a straw! Two staff members walked right by her many times while she stood there totally ignoring her. It was really obvious and clear that they did not want to help.When a young man walked into the store, both of the staff members immediately ran over to him and stepped outside, proving they actually were awake.The bathrooms were... Well, the best way to describe them would be disgusting! There were urine puddles all over the floor in the men's room and my wife reported the same in the woman's. The smell confirmed they had been there for a long time.Our food took way longer than it should have, however, the order was correct.
