The Cork Cleaver - Montgomery

We ate today for the first time at cork and dignified! that was amazing! we ordered crab cake as an appetizer, and they were great. for our meal we have seasoned shrimp grits and chicken waffles to perfection. we sat at the bar, and the bartender also did a great job.

The house margaritas are definitely on point.. i get mine with a sugar rim.. the cork burger is a must.. the chicken alfredo is good too.. i love pasta so i added shrimp to it.. prices are reasonable and the service is good.. they cook everything to order

Not bad i was only here for a couple drinks. I kept getting upsalled on food so i got the loaded fries to be left alone. Drinks were awesome. The loaded fries that i didn't want were pretty bad. The cheese sauce was gritty, runny, and needed more actual cheese in the recipe. Im not real sure how the fries actually were due to the cheese soup poured on them. Did i say the drinks were fantastic!

Mimosas were delicious and so was the chicken. The waffle was rubbery and not good. I want to go teach them how to make a really crisp and soft belgian waffle and source their waffle maker. Its too easy and it would perfect this meal.

Arrive at 11:45 ordered bottle of wine and waters, 12:15 got wine. Ordered food then, 45 minutes later got food. Mac and cheese one order and chicken fettuccine the other order. Lunch portion size so shouldn't of taken long. Saw two tables of 4 and 1 table of two. That was there before us. Ask gentleman if kitchen was backup he said yes. Then he came out with our food before the other tables. Food could of been warmer. Kitchen needs help. Not going back.
