First of all they refused to answer the phone from 12:00 12:15, after my husband arrived to place the order, the waiter/ waitress had such a nasty dry attitude, they point you to the take out center, and nobody even show up or say anything for 7 minutes, and there is barely any customers in the building, so they haven’t even started their busy time. If you are running a restaurant, the person who greets you, should always have a pleasant attitude, I walked out on this visit, but I will give them another chance, because the catfish is delicious.

Jacob the manager is extremely accommodating. Great customer service. I’ll definitely come back when in East Chase again.

Today's visit was definitely A1 service. Kenosha gave very good service today. The Mgr on duty was great with an awesome attitude.
