Waffle House - Montgomery

Terrible. Or maybe it's all waffle house locations. They move around fast but don't do anything. Watch them if you go. Waited forever to get our food. We asked for waffles to be a little more crisp than normal. What we got were soggy waffles. Find somewhere else to eat. Please.

My server was running and she was absolutely wonderful. this place was full and she took care of everyone. she was attentive, friendly and engaged even in small talks, while she order, cleansing tables and refilling drinks. good work is so hard to come today, and I just feel the need to call it out when I see it. She was fantastic. the chef was too, I didn't catch her name. really fantastic service.

Miss san and miss shantel were the only sisters who kept the restaurant on 2 juli 2022 around 19:45 clock while I visited montgomery, al. they were cheerful, pleasant and fast. my middle steak rührei and hash brown with sweet and cheese were all 5 outta 5 stars. thanks, sisters for their southern hospitality. ase. Filled with hard working employees doing their best to serve the local customers! It's hectic inside at the busy times, but they're quick and accurate with the orders. FYI: This location does not take call in orders over the phone, they completely shut down from approximately 5am to 5:30am to clean and prep for the next shift, and they currently have a more targeted (streamlined/reduced) menu in use like many other locations have adopted.
