Contribuisci feedbackThe French fries were overcooked and too hard to eat, and they were cold as well. It took more than 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru. When I placed my order, I was asked what I wanted to drink with the Blue salad and I said Coke. However, when I reached the window, the cashier informed me that the salad didn’t come with a drink—so why ask? I was also asked what dipping sauce I wanted for my 20 traditional wings, but they gave me ranch, which I don’t like. I didn't receive the Blue dressing for the salad either. The employees seemed to be goofing off while I waited at the window for over 5 minutes for my order. I wouldn't mind the wait if my order was correct, hot, and properly cooked. It’s frustrating to wait and find multiple mistakes with the order.
I was disappointed with my experience at the restaurant. The French fries were overcooked and hard, plus they were served cold. It took over 30 minutes to get through the drive-thru. When I ordered my meal, I requested a Coke to go with my Blue salad, but when I reached the drive-thru window, the cashier told me the salad didn’t come with a drink—so why did they even ask? Additionally, I didn’t receive the Blue dressing for my salad. I did get asked about the dipping sauce for my 20 traditional wings, but they gave me ranch, which I don't like. While I waited at the window for more than five minutes, the employees were just goofing off. I understand that sometimes there might be a wait, but it’s frustrating when the order is wrong, cold, and not properly cooked. It’s upsetting to wait and have multiple issues with the order.
The restaurant is overpriced compared to others in the area, and the staff was exceptionally rude. They messed up our order, and when we pointed it out, they argued with us the entire time. Once they finally corrected it, they carelessly tossed our food out the window towards us and told us to leave. I will never return here again.
Cashier was very thorough in ensuring all items were customized to my preference w/o me having to ask! My initial thought was to bypass what appeared to be a lengthy line. Upon reaching the monitor, it was an absolute pleasure to have been greeted, treated and served in such a timely and professional manner! Would love to have her train a host of OTHER Cashier's who could learn a buschle from this Young Lady!!!
I never really had a great experience. the personal will not give them time to watch the menu. they tell them that they are going forward all 5-10 seconds with their order, even after they have told them to give them a minute. the last time I was there (and I will never go back) I asked for extra zaxby 's sauce in the window and was told by the manager that they do not add-ons in the window. I told him I just wanted about three of them and that was it. I had just spent $35 on eating for me and my two kids, so I didn't understand why he was so rude. the manager repeated and then said the guy who runs the window on me to close the window. that was humiliating from my children to be despised. I contacted companies to let them know and they reacted within 12 hours and they said that the only add-ons in the window they allow are sauces. the manager was only ugly and hating from absolutely no reason.
