I wish I had remembered to take photos before we started eating, but here they are anyway. We’re not locals, but we checked out the Google reviews and were very satisfied with our experience. The fish wasn’t greasy, and the batter was delicious. The mac and cheese, green beans, and greens were all flavorful. My daughter loved her Buffalo fried wings, and my husband enjoyed the fried shrimp. I have no complaints and would definitely recommend this place.

Definitely worth the journey for this delicious homestyle cuisine. Don't be put off by the surroundings or the ambiance. You won't regret the short 2-mile drive from Route 17, exit 106. Food rating: 5/5.

This delightful spot offers delicious food with generous portions at very good prices. The waitress who served us was very friendly and warm. It's wonderful to see a locally-owned business thriving on Broadway in Monticello. Parking is typically available for free on the street in front of the restaurant.
