Hotel just outside the beautiful village of Dieulefit. Appropriate night stop, but rooms need a make-over. They are very dated, also very old bathroom facilities. Door lock problematic (room 4). Visited during a very hot period and no air con. Can't comment on restaurant, but looked busy. Good breakfast.

Yes, the food is of very good quality, no problem about it. The only problem is that you have any interaction with the owner (which sometimes serves you), feel as if you were disturbing him. He will not be rude, but he will just always try to avoid and end the interaction he has with you. It is very clear that these jobs are harassing him now, he is not really interested in his customers, and pretends to be kind at the same time as he tries to leave you as soon as possible. Even if he asks you a question of being polite, he will not listen to your answer and always be gone to do something else. This leads to a very unpleasant feeling that you almost annoy him by being in a restaurant and forcing him to interact with you. Again he is friendly, but completely fake and once you notice that it is simply not beautiful. I'm not going for that reason anymore.
